Balance is so important

Time to rock and roll! Exams start this week for me and at the same time I am trying to organize my fund raising event, luckily I have an amazing girlfriend and family always willing to help out. Life is all about balance, but funny how sometime somethings need to take priority and a shift in balance is necessary to achieve your goals. For me right now my business is taking off and the choice between slowing down and focusing on finishing my studies is daunting. But I have learned quite early from my father that "sometimes you do what you have to do, to do what you want to do."

Photo Shoot for a New Supplement Sponsor...

Had a lot of fun shooting this with Christy, bit nerve recking for the first 15minutes then I eased into it. You would think because I wear tiny shorts often for the shows I would get use to it, funny thing is I never do. When I am on stage people know what to expect, it is not weird comming out with nothing but underwear but for this shoot 'normal' people were around and makes me feel ....a bit out haha just thought I would share some weird fear of mine.

What determines the difference between success and failure?

Consistency has always been the key for me, I have an addictive personality ha ha ask most of my close friends, when I put my mind on something I stick to it. No compromise! As a fitness athlete and body builder this has benefited me tremendously and is the main contributer to my success in the past.

Their is no easy way to success, hard work and perseverance is the golden key.

The start of an amazing journey

The 1st of October brought with it an amazing new challenge, being selected as a semi finalist for Mr SA 2011 is a honor and a privilege but at the same time very exciting. I am use to 'competitions' that is based on only your physical appearance, it is refreshing to be mentally as well as socially challenged whoop let's bring it on!
